eSim being disabled after 7 days
Hi, I arrived here exactly 8 days ago and I extended the eSim from the immigration email.
I bought the 30 day package and it disabled itself on the 8th day.
I tried calling the support line and it suggested I call another line because I'm an english speaker. This line fails to connect. (possibly because this line is disconnected - understandable but a bit weird...)
Anyone encounter this situation? I'm hoping to be able to recover this number via helpdesk or online help. Should I cut my losses and get another eSim?

Thanks team! I've decided to just get another SIM after talking to the local shop. It's much less hassle and it's not that expensive. Hope whoever reads this in the future has a reference point.
The company is MobiPhone.vn/travel - I bought the 30 day pack - I assume their automatic processes disabled the eSim after 7 days (as automated) because it was activated at the airport and didn't get updated when I bought the pack to extend to 30 days.
