So, I had mounted a brand new AT-VM95ML on my LP120-USB shortly before realizing the anti-skate function on my table was broken. I put a few hours on the new needle before I quit using it for fear of the broken anti-skate ruining the new stylus (I guess this is a common problem for those tables manufactured pre-2017 or so). I then ended up storing the table in the (very humid) basement of my new house and replacing it with a Debut Carbon EVO. Ideally, I’d like to mount the VM95 on the new table. So, long story short, I’ve got 2 questions.

1. Did leaving the cart in a musty basement for a year potentially cause any damage related to the humidity?

2. Did the handful of hours I put on the needle with a faulty anti-skate last year mess anything up?
