So flexible pto is no longer a thing with Amazon. The warehouses have already been notified. CXO has not. When are they going to tell us lol. Why are we always the last to know. My AM didn’t even know this. FYI standard PTO no longer needs manger’s approval though. Also not letting us peasants know but AM’s know this. But still no communication about this. Not sure when we have to use the flex pto by but CXO will not accumulate any more. They keep changing things and keeping us in the dark. Ugh I’m not sure I lasted this long being a lead but I am the longest lasting lead in my district. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
