Inconsistency with Herald of Ice Pops - Oracele Wyvern
So I'm pretty new to PoE 2, I've been following along a build based on a Wyvern Oracle using Rend for clear and Fire Breath for single target damage.
Single target damage is great, no issue whatsoever. The problem I'm having is clear. From the build video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=\_7wbh0Y4rG8), it looks like Herald of Ice is really helping with clear and getting huge pops which is what I want. But no matter what upgrades I've made, I just can't get it to be consistent.
As I'm not as familiar with PoE 2, just wanted to check if there's something glaringly obvious that I'm missing or haven't spec'd or something or whether the clips in the video are bait.
