Just Purchased The Lifetime...What Do I Do Now To Get It Working?

Hi I just got the lifetime through the tivimate app and am lost on how to set this up. I was, told if I got the lifetime I'd receive epg info to set up a guide but I guess I heard wrong? I didn't see any instructions via, email so I figured I'd ask here. I have Plex, Roku, Freevie/Sling, Tubi, etc I'm confused on why I'd purchase this when there are so many other free alternatives that require no set up.

Lower volume button is lower how can this be fixed?

Hi i just got these ANC 2s a little over a month ago and the lower volume button got depressed inside and it went lower to where I can't use it. It's under warranty, so should I do a claim or will it be ok to fix this without violating the warranty?
