As the title says, I'm just really curious if there's anything like this in Toronto. I grew up rough and under extreme circumstances, my experiences eat away at me and I know I've reached the time to let it out, let it go.

I've thoroughly searched Google and I don't see any programs, there we're two but they don't welcome males.

Any help would be great, point me in the right direction.

Also I tried therapy for a year, though my benefits covered me completely the idea of paying someone to hear my problems never really worked for me, they can never relate that path didn't work
