Paano magpaayos ng bahay as solo living (do's and dont's)
Wla ako knowledge sa construction. Any tips u can add will do, but here's my top questions:
ano ang arawan at pakyawan (wla ako knowledge really, explain like i'm 5)
based on question 1, need ba ako magpakain sa kanila and meriyenda
do i need to source professionals/licensed, or kilala lng ng kakilala is ok na (ayaw ko ng palpak, since palpak na gawa ng terrace nmin 10yrs+ ago at sakit sya sa ulo parin ngaun)
do i buy the materials or trust them to it (i am really clueless on construction)
do i need permissions to renovate?
other etiquettes?
my plans was roofs, clogged drainage, terrace leak below.
