RBC offered me 3.74 for 5yr variable AFTER a rate reduction…they won’t go any lower…accept or reject???

RBC offering 3.82% for 5 year variable and 4.41% for 3 years fixed online…will I be able to get better rates from an in person advisor?

Is anyone using/had installed a Nema 14-30 outlet instead of Nema 14-50 on a 100amp panel?? How’s it working out? Was it cheaper to install?

I’m thinking of doing 14-30 instead of 14-50 to make sure my 100amp can handle it 100% and the charging range is not that low compared to 14-50..still enough for daily use.

Should I consider something else??
