For background, I'm currently a commercial/industrial HVAC tech, 4 years experience. Previously I did property management working for a storage company for 5 years, then for an Airbnb management company for 4 years.

I like HVAC but I'm not young and I don't want to be turning wrenches forever, so I've been considering applying for FM roles. Is my experience useful? How hard would it be to transition to a facilities manager role?

This is going to be long winded because I don't know how to do it any other way.

This is a guide to getting and dominating with Strasser as Germany. I have my difficulty set at level 2 because I'm not very good at this game, but I've done it before at level 3. This is also NON IRONMAN because I wanted to be able to get this done without save scumming. I also turn on debug usually, so you'll see that. This is also a HISTORICAL RUN. Keep in mind when you leave on Historical and pick an Ahistorical path funny things will happen, like Britain going Fascist.

You'll mostly be playing the standard monarchist/EU path. I didn't go into a ton of detail on that, but there are tons of guides for it.

Step 1: Alt-history path. You can choose to placate Raeder or not it doesn't matter. I usually don't because you don't really need a Navy, you can just steal one.

Step 2: Expatriated Communists. Make sure you keep an eye on them. Strasser being a fascist doesn't like communists at home.

Step 2

Step 3: Bismarckjugen should be top priority. You need as much non-aligned support as possible to bring back the Kaiser.

Step 4: Hang the Nazis. Think of this as a reverse Night of the Long Knives or something.

Step 5: Bring back the Kaiser and Expatriate the Communists focus. You'll need Willy to come back to hire Otto, and again Otto doesn't like communists.

Step 6: When you have enough PP you can hire Otto Strasser.

Step 6

Step 7: Get enough fascism support to Referendum and you'll get him as leader.

Step 8: Now you have the Germanic Volksreich with cool flag and a dark color.

Step 9: From here on you can do whatever you want, but this is what I like to do. I invited everyone I could to a customs union using the standard non-aligned EU focuses and decisions, and puppeted everyone I could, and conquered those I couldn't. From here I formed the Greater Germanic Reich, giving you a different flag.

Step 10: Conquer Italy. Trust me, it'll be fun. Once you take that focus you can take the focus to Restore the HRE. It gets even better.

Step 11: KEEP ANNEXING.

Step 12: Once you can Realize European Unity you get another cool new flag and a new name, "European Hegemony" with the EU blue color.

Step 13. Conquer Switzerland. Form HRE, and you get another new flag, another new color, and the name "Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation". You can still do all the EU decisions to core territory. Do your world conquest, or whatever you want from here. You don't need to do it in this order, you can do HRE first then Realize European Unity. As you annex and core territory you'll get more troops, man power, equipment, etc. You're unstoppable.
