Requirement of refinancing for my present loan from any individual or any business for high interest rate because present intrest rate is too much high.
Hi I have a total loan of 70 lakhs from private individual lenders I pay a total interest ( just interest ) of 30 lakhs
Every year for past 3 years. Which I was dealing in cash. It didn’t effect me bcz I have a business running very good and my personal IT filling for previous year 2026 is16 lkhs income shown. And my cibil is 780 and I am 21 years of age. I have that loan for past 3 years where I was the garrenty for my friends loan. He defaulted and ran away now that people want we to pay which I am paying from past 3 years being 18 years of age. To all people asking why my garrenty worked for such huge amount of money being 18 is bcz we are a very well established family in surrounding 5 districts and people know about my family.
If I don’t pay they knew my family would and it’s a chiller for my family.
From past 3 years I have not made my family know about this bcz in future they might not trust me in finance or any other future family related business activities. Rather me running 1 very good business. They don’t know that I even run a business.
So now it’s time for me to join the family business and my family want me to join it and take responsibility. I am asking for a loan to finish my old loan as quickly as possible bcz the people who lend me are the nearby people. And the tension is too much like the whole month I keep paying intrest bcz 70 borrowed for multiple small finance people and my personal problems, my company problems and my families pressure to join the family business all these irritates me that I have not slept properly for past 1 year and I am searching for my mental peace. Basically I got to know money is not everything thing but mental health and peace is everything.
Yes I could apply for a bank loan but I have taken an overdraft of 1 cr from the bank for my company. And so I am expanding the business in this year end with setting up a production facility for which I need credit limit. So I cannot take a loan for this personal reason.
And to be clear I have not give any collateral to any lenders right now which I don’t have also to give some one.
I am ready to pay twenty percent intrest (we can negotiate ) per year.
But my payment will be paid like emi to the lender for 5 year.
I can refinance this in my own area but o don’t want to bcz my family know each and every finances here and even my family is one of the financier to the business people. Basically public image will be damaged if it gets out. Bcz I am taking a large sum and I have to tell my background which local might take use of.
