Have you all noticed a change in the demographic that shops at Menards?? I mean, seriously, the people who shop in my store can't even match the color on the cap of spray paint. I learned to match colors when I was 3 years old. And if I have to read another label to a guest I'm going to lose my mind!

Our gm is requiring one person from each department to come in at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday to have 2 hours without guests to do freight.

What are your thoughts on this? My thought is to hire stockers who can actually work on the weekends.
