I overheard a representative from the CPSU yesterday that they are planning to propose a 5, 5, 5 pay increase for the next few years. Has anyone heard anything similar?

I don’t think we will get that realistically. I’m wondering if this is a good start for an initial proposal.

There wasn’t much said about entitlements but the CPSU want to ensure a good balance (a little give here, a little take there).

Curious to know of anyone has any idea what other proposals are being discussed.
