Hi all, I went strap hunting and came across something I thought was interesting. One set looks like the last digit on the right side is out of line. I’m wondering if I have anything here??

I inherited some coins from a family member. At the moment, I’m in the process of inspecting and cataloging everything. But I remember a post recently where someone mentioned that the plastic film of the mint sets has PVC, which is bad for the coins. Is that right?? If so, and I’m supposed to remove the coins from their plastic inserts, wouldn’t that devalue them?
