So, twice now, I’ve had Pokémon come up to me and a heart appears just by talking to me and it says you and so-and-so have become great friends. Is that the highest friendship level you can have with each Pokémon? And if so, how do you work on that with each Pokémon? Like the title states, I’m not referring to each Pokémon‘s comfort level.
