Extension project planning

Hi guys,

I'm jn the process of an extensive extension (basically a rebuild) and am trying to plan solar.

While I have to move and lay new power to the house from the street, I made an assumption that I should be requesting 3 phase install (I'm thick as a potato here and only assumed this because I'm someone said it was a good idea once).

I just assumed that I should be getting a powerwall 3 because everything I've read here seems to suggest you can't go wrong. But this is where I'm starting to stumble, it's only now that I've realised tesla don't actually support 3 phase electric without buying 3 powerwalls!!!

I have also seen that they have JUST released a powerwall P3 which does support 3 phase but this has only landed in German weeks ago and god knows how long it will take to land in the UK.

Should I really be planning for 3 phase power? I don't want to regret not doing something now while my house is a building site later down the line.

How much will I be saving with scaffolding if I already have it up building my new roof?

Should I absolutely be installing the panels now and then leave them unconnected (no batteries) until I have figured everything out, or is the scaffolding cost/saving not worth the rush?

Also, now that tesla have become an energy provider, is this the perfect time to be jumping into the eco system, or the opposite? Is it an unknown situation that should be avoided?

Because I'm going to be so heavily rooted in home assistant, should I be looking more towards the likes of sigenergy?

Really appreciate any advice, or even questions that I may not have asked.
