Need help finding a modern, less Common, gender neutral baby girl name

Hi! My partner and I are struggling to find a baby girl name we both love, and I’m hoping this community can help with ideas :). She’s due this fall.

What we're looking for:

  • Modern feeling
  • Leans gender-neutral
  • Not overly popular (outside the Top 100 is a must)
  • Bonus points if it works internationally, since our family is also German/Spanish speaking

Some names that were on my list (but we can’t use for various reasons):

  • Banks
  • Sloane
  • Isla
  • Quinn
  • Rowan
  • Rory
  • Hayes
  • Delaney / Lainey

Would love any ideas that fit a similar style, thank you!

Has anyone used OMIC to dispute their rental agency - how was the process / is it worth it?

Hello! Curious if anyone has used OMIC to file a complaint against their rental agency. How was the process? I am debating if it is worth going through the trouble of doing this in my situation. All the details below, but basically, I am trying to get my deposit and a portion of my rent returned to me (~1200 euros). Also I don't speak spanish well...so thats another challenge.

I recently moved out of my flat and am disputing the agency’s handling of my deposit and final rent payment. Although my lease was for 5 years, I moved out after 2. The contract included an early termination penalty, but the agent verbally agreed (naive of me to not get the contract amended) to waive it because I helped re-rent the flat myself, returned it in excellent condition, and a new tenant moved in within one week with no gap in tenancy.

Despite this, the agency is withholding one month of my two-month security deposit. They initially claimed this was due to early termination, but later changed their explanation and said it was being used to cover the landlord’s re-renting commission fee. I believe this is at minimum a legal gray area and may not justify withholding an entire month’s deposit.

They also charged me a full month’s rent for my final month even though my lease ended and the keys were returned on the 9th. When I requested a pro-rated refund, they claimed refunds are only issued in two-week increments and that rent is calculated monthly rather than daily, despite neither point being stated in the contract.

Based on my research, this does not appear legal, as they are charging rent for days beyond the contract termination date, including days that overlap with the new tenant’s tenancy.

Baby stroller advice for expecting first time parents in BCN

We live in the city Poblenou and mostly walk/use the metro (car only on weekends). Would a travel stroller like the Joolz Aer or Yoyo be enough as our only everyday stroller, or do you still recommend a full-size stroller?

Would love to hear your experiences/advice! Thanks!
