What are the creatures on the front? And who is the artist?

Hello! My cane toads have brown spots popping up on their belly that shouldn't be there. I am taking them to the vet tonight. I was wondering if anyone has seen something similar so I can let the vet know what it might be. And hopefully get the right medication.

I think my Cane toads had the same thing a few months ago. I had American toads that got infected with a fungus (unfortunately they all died). I thought my cane toads had the same thing, so I gave them the same antibiotics and luckily it went away after a few weeks.
