Location: PNW in USA
Preferred drink types: Wife and I drink 99% milk drinks of some variety, and I will typically have an espresso when I can find time to enjoy it!
Drink frequency: Can range from 3 to 6 shots a day, but if I have time on my hands upwards of 8-10!
Space: A good amount of space but the less it takes up the better!
Experience level : I've been using a Gaggia Classic Pro and a Baratza Encore ESP for a hot minute now, and I feel incredibly comfortable with the basics of it all.
Type of Machine: Electric only
Candidates: I've seen the Silvia Pro X and the Lelit Elizabeth as really amazing options, but I'm totally open for more ideas! I KNOW that technically a HX machine would work okay but as much as I think the tech is super cool I would like to just spring for a Dual Boiler. So no HX's please!
I seriously appreciate any help!
Edit: Oh, forgot to mention I'll ALSO be upgrading my grinder! So no worries about money being spent on machine over grinder or anything like that! I got a nice bonus so just trying to make mornings and afternoons nicer :)
