I don't like using the words dysregulated or regulated to describe myself. I understand the meaning and it fits but for some reason I don't like using them...too clinical or catchphrasy or I don't know what. Just feels weird. Unfortunately I haven't come up with any alternatives. Exhausted: nope, sometimes I'm practically vibrating. Bandwidth: too tech-bro. I have too many issues with the Spoon theory and most people wouldn't understand unless I explained it.
So, does anyone use other words or phrases to convey the concept of dysregulated or regulated?
