22 [A4A] Lets start a band!
Hey y'all! I feel weird making a reddit post because I feel like its been one billion years since the last time I did this. It's been a couple years since I did any RP, so I am a bit rusty. Bear with me :]
I'm looking to do a long-term RP about two or more characters who start a band! It's kind of like those music biopic movies, where our RP would cover everything from the very start of the band to its eventual decline. I'd like our character to start out somewhere around college age, and then maybe we can age them up through time skips and stuff to see how fame changes their lives. I'm especially interested in playing out the early days of their careers with house shows and experimenting to find a sound. I think this RP could be perfect for a band with only two characters who are trying everything to get their band off the ground, and then maybe their dynamic changes as they gain a fan base. I think it would be cute for romance to be built in, but it's totally optional! And if we want a band with more characters, we can double up. I'm not sold on any genre of music or anything either, so we can plot that out together!
OOC planning and plotting is encouraged! I am semi-literate/literate (I think) and prefer 3rd person writing. My responses will probably be 2-3 paragraphs, but I could go longer. I am somewhat busy, but will try and respond at least once or twice a day! I prefer to RP over discord. Send me a reddit chat thingy if you are interested! Maybe start out by telling me which instrument you want your character to play >:)
