I just watched Sakura and Ayana's performances and I think they both did well! But I was wondering on the judge's critiques and the songs in general.
(I would post this in the World Scout subreddit but it's locked for now...)

The judges picked Sakura because she stood out, while Ayana blended in with the girls 'too much', but if we look at the choreography it's clear WHY Sakura stood out- because she had much more attention-grabbing moves and time in the centre.
If you look at Ayana's performance in We Ride, she gets no unique choreography and minor parts overall. I think Sakura will fit the girls just fine, but there's no way this wasn't rigged in Sakura's favour.
