So the setting is more young adult or post HS romance. It follows 3 or so pairs in a beach or port town. All I remember is that one of the female leads had like an ex who came back into town after years and she wants to get back with him, but one of the male lead, who is her friend and had a crush on her, obviously didn't like it and they argue about her going back to her ex, but she changes her mind towards the end of the film.

One of the other male leads is like this dude who wants to skip town? Longer hair maybe but a bit older.

I know it's pretty vague, but I watched it once like round 2021-2022, dunno if it was released exactly then but I reckon it was around that time. Been struggling to find it ever since.
