Elbow conditioning for mucle up
Hi guys, I'm currently training to unlock the muscle up and I probably already have sufficient strength for a clean one, but I'm missing the elbow strenght in the deepest part of the dip, as I feel slight pain where the tricep tendons run (both arms).
I'm already doing french press and extensions with cables but I was thinking if there was a better way to strengthen them in that specific movement.
Also, are there any nutrients that help tendons to recover?
Just to give some parameters, I'm 189 cm and weight 82 kg.
