Hi everyone, looking for some honest advice on targeting sponsored jobs in the UK.

I have around 3.5 years of experience across implementation support, digital operations, stakeholder coordination, onboarding support, issue management and enterprise software support. I’m currently working in an implementation manager role and also have a master’s in engineering project management plus PRINCE2.

I’m mainly trying to figure out what kind of roles I should realistically target if sponsorship is the priority. I’ve been looking at implementation, client delivery, project coordination, PMO, and operations change roles, but it’s really hard to tell which jobs and companies are actually open to sponsorship because most ads don’t mention it clearly.

Would really appreciate advice on:

what roles fit this background best for sponsorship?

which industries or company types are more likely to sponsor?

how people identify sponsorable roles when the JD says nothing?
