I have made a small app and validated that there is a demand for it. I have a hard time promoting it. I would like to partner with an UGC creator.

Is there anyone who successfully promoted their app through a creator and can suggest some websites where to find such deals?

I have seen Billo and I would like to compare more or hear your experience with creators or app promotion through social media.

Adding proof that app works. As soon as initial app store boost dried, no new users = no new purchases.
