Empty Package Delivered
I ordered some special pencils for my wife and the package arrived this morning empty. Literally an unopened, empty plastic envelope. I click the customer service button on the site, and I’m routed to Amazon Pharmacy. I try to use the chat feature and it asks me to send my package back so they can send me a new one. Send back an empty package?
Is this just Amazon now? You pay for a service and hope you get a package? In the last few months, it’s been misdelivery after misdelivery, delay after delay, and now this. I’m so close to dropping Prime after nearly 16 years. It’s gone from a company that used to obsess over the customer experience to one that seems to think they just have us all by the balls and we can go fuck ourselves, now give us your money and shut up, bitch.
