Separation and Partial Failures on Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra

Printer: Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra

Slicer: Chitubox

Resin: SUNLU ABS-Like 14k Grey

Settings: (see pic)

I've recently started experiencing partial failures and raft separation on what looks like the transition layers maybe? I have changed ZERO settings on this printer for the two years I've had it, up until recently when I messed with the burn-in layers and bottom layer exposure time IN RESPONSE to this issue.

Could this be leveling? Perhaps a warped build plate? I've read this can happen over time?
