How many strikes do they get if reported? Either by a customer or an employee. Curious because we have one driver who has committed multiple infractions, been reported half a dozen times by our TL. Has had at 5 customers call to complain about his service. We tell them to report his actions on the app. Despite all this, he continues to pick up orders

So, we were wondering how many reports do they get before Spark deactivates their account?
