Is the ending of Digger a Fallout 2 reference?

At the end of the play Digger and the high-up government (President and Vice President) are on an oil rig. The song that is playing is also "I don't want to set the world on fire". Not only that, there is toxic air (like FEV) and it is at a time that the world has gone down hill, all because of oil and capitalism. Seems very fallout-ish

Chance for ban for bot that listens inside a channel

What is the chance for a bot that does the following:

Listens to a specific discord channel
If message is posted with a link, open that link on my PC

The listening part is basically 24/7 so idk how easily this is detactable. Would I be save running this on an alt? Will my main get banned?
