I'm curious to hear from both Fallout fans and maybe people who aren't as much of die hard fans, have you played Fallout 1 and/or 2 and did you enjoy them?

I enjoy the modern Fallout games but sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all there is to do, and I feel like these OG games might be more my speed.

Also, what about Fallout Tactics? I hadn't ever heard of this until downloading Steam so I'm really curious to hear about this one, thanks!

Dawg this part in the game had my stomach hurting due to how much I was laughing about the fact of how you can become a “Star” on Fallout 2 in New Reno because how do y’all get away with something like this in 1999 I was genuinely shocked when this was an actual thing inside the game and what makes it even more crazy how the hell something like this even happens in a post apocalyptic era mind you I don’t believe people sanitized around that time so there’s no telling what the chosen one could’ve caught, but it’s something Fallout 2 the only fallout game where you could become Johnny Sins

After talking to Chip in Dan Francisco to let him know Dr. Wong wanted to return his spleen to him, I went straigth to Dr. Fung'd place. The thing is, since I had accidentaly joined the Hubologists, he wouldn't talk to me. Because I did not want to destroy de Hubologists yet, I decided to leave SF to do some other stuff for arround 15 in-game days.

When I returned, I realised Chip wasn't in the ship anymore and, even after killing the cult and talking to Fung, he hasn't spawned. Is he dead? Should I give hime more time? Is it a bug? Please help. Thank you

Who do you think who would in a war between Caeser's Legion from FONV and the Sonoran Brotherhood of Steel and their vassals (Cult of holy fire, tinsmiths etc)? The Legion base would be Flagstaff.

So i've just entered NCR downtown and i enter the church then walk out and then the police attack me???

i've tried everything i've told Marcus Skynet and Sulik to holster their weapons (same with myself) it didn't work

i tried asking them to wait in the church didn't work and my last save that's not in the church is hours and hours

ago so i feel like i'm outta options can ANYONE HELP ME???

I've installed Fallout Sonora, and I'm using a 2K monitor. This is the standalone English release, which can be found here. There are no resolution options in-game. It does play in full screen, but with a low resolution and empty sidebars. Is there a way to fix this? I'm on Windows 11.

What is everyone’s biggest critiques of the classic games in their humble opinions. I Love 1&2 of course but the perk every 3 levels really hurts half the perks in the game. Yesterday I thought about getting empathy but it being the same level as better criticals really hurts it.
