I’ve been struggling with acne since I was around 14, I’m 21 now and it’s been a rough journey. My skin has significantly improved since I started my current routine while also trying to eat clean, because my body doesn’t tolerate dairy products that well. And sweets of course.
My current routine was prescribed by a dermatologist.
I use the
BioDerma Sebium hydra in the morning,
followed by
La roche posay Fluid SPF50.
For my night routine I use
Aknefug Oxid Wash, and
Adapalene 0.1% retinoid.
I have a huge problem with the pores on my forehead and nose. Also on my cheeks but I have a lot of scarring so thats a whole new deal.
Whenever I manage to clean them(get most of the white-ish stuff out), they get clogged not even a day after. I never touch my face, but my skin get pretty oily in that T region of course. Sometimes i get actual Blackheads but i dont think that these are blackheads.
Any recommendations for a product, treatment, anything??
