First time poster here. Looking for some input in terms of what is lacking on my physique and how to tackle said muscle groups. I’ve been training for many years and im naturally very skinny. I know my legs arent shown well in these pictures. They are definitely a weak point at the moment but im unable to train them effectively due to an injur. Im weighing 75kgs at 181cm
