Hi all posted yesterday about weird issue I’ve been having.

Still having issues with my trigger. I’ve reinstalled the trigger. In function testing, the lever will reset the trigger when it is at about 12 o clock, which is good. After live fire for about 8 rounds, arc stops working, and only semi works. After examination, the behavior of the lever changes. It will not reset until the lever is all the way to the rear ward position. I disassembled and reassembled, and now the lever resets at 12oclock again. Loctited the screws down and waited 24 hours.

I took it out to shoot again, and same thing happened, lever now resets the trigger at the rear of the lower. Reassembled the trigger, and it now resets at 12.

Am I missing something?

I have a low shelf lower, h3 buffer. The upper is KAK, trimmed and works flawlessly with a traditional super safety. This is my 5th FRT build, I have experience getting these to run, but I just can’t figure this one out.

Having an issue with an arc fire I haven’t encountered before. So far, I’ve built 5 ARs, no issues, all work flawlessly, but I can’t figure out this one.

This one is a PSA lower, 11.5 upper, H3 buffer, trimmed the upper. It Runs perfectly in semi, ejects to 4 o clock. Swaps with another push button SS Lower perfectly, so I know it’s not the upper.

The lower with the Arc fire V1 installed functions in arc for about 15 rounds, then malfunctions and only work in semi. When I look at the lower, the lever is super loose, but arc mode works in dry fire. disassemble the unit anyway, and put it together again, and the lever seems more stiff, so I put it together again. It works in arc for another 15 rounds, before crapping out again. Same issue. Super loose lever. I’ve done this 3 times now. Im pretty sure I’ve installed it correctly, and watched the official install video as well as some others. Am I missing something? Or is it more likely I have an out of spec cam / trigger?
