My dad is 74 years old. We are not a wealthy family, and his eldest children are barely adults so he is still working, wakes up at 4am and gets off work at 2pm.
He is adamant that he doesn’t need hearing aids (and has been for years) because he knows he can’t afford them, but his hearing is getting progressively worse.
We are in Australia, but because he is not a pensioner it seems like he isn’t eligible for any discounts.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a cost-effective brand I can save for, or any avenues I can take to get my father some hearing aids? (Also what prices I should be looking at for good quality).
