WIX Studio basic only allows 4 forms now??

Hey folks my several-years-old site was operating with 7 forms with no issues. Yesterday my bill was paid. Suddenly out of nowhere, I get an email: "Your Wix Forms usage exceeds your current plan limits."

I log in and realize they've dropped my plan's allocation down to only 4. I spent hours on the phone with billing, and they essentially told me to either delete my forms or pay them more per month for the exact same thing.

I paid a lot of money for someone to build this site for me and I'm extremely bent about this.

Any suggestions on how to handle it with this awful company OR how to salvage my site and migrate it somewhere better? My domains are over at Namecheap.

Thanks in advance!

Signature series Combat Troodon D/E GEN 3 outbreak. Previously owned by at least 2 folks, very slight / barely noticeable wear on the pocket clip / fire button. Have kept it in my safe since receiving, looks like factory edge.
