Would a short film made between Ireland and the UK (at a UK university, by an Irish filmmaker) count as an Irish or UK production? Would both be considered home screenings, or would one be considered international?

I made the majority of the film as part of my coursework while studying in the UK, but made some of it in Ireland. I'm Irish, and have gotten into a couple of film festivals in Ireland (under 'Irish Shorts' categories), as I want to premiere here. If if I then go on to screen at festivals in the UK, will that count as my international premiere, or would that also count as a home screening, allowing me to retain my International/ European premiere status? Or would the Irish screenings count as an international premiere since the film was technically made while at a British institution? Thanks!

Anywhere around Wicklow/ Dublin area where I could get an old 35mm slide projector repaired?

I bought a secondhand Kodak 35mm slide projector - it turns on but the slides won't advance. Is there anywhere I could get it looked at? Thanks!

I'm looking at two refurbished Macbooks. They're both 14.2" 32gb ram, 512gb SSD. One has a new battery, and it's €1067. The other one is €987, and doesn't specify how used the battery is, but the site says that all of their items have to have a battery health of at least 80%. Is it worth the extra cost for the assurance of a brand new battery? I intend to keep it for as long as it'll work, and will use it out and about, but wouldn't ever need to go without charging for more than 2/3 hours. Thanks!

Edit: It's not an official Apple refurb - I'm buying it through refurbed.ie so I'm not sure whether the replacement battery would be Apple or not.
