Hello!
I'm in the process of buying a Crosstrek. I have my eye on a pre-owned 2021 Outdoor trim with low-ish kms (in Canada, I think it's a Sport edition in the US).
What are thoughts on this model? Am I better off with the lowest trim of the 2026 Crosstrek (more expensive, but not horribly so).
I don't love big screens for controls, so the control panel in a 2021 model is more appealing, not to mention it being less expensive.
I drive on rough roads a decent amount, so the features of the Outdoor trim appeal to me. Originally I was thinking a wilderness edition, but the pre-owned ones are still pretty pricey (no new ones available in Canada).
That being said, I'm nervous about buying a 2021. Is new always better with cars/crosstreks?
