How to get my account back after getting hacked, getting it back, and then losing it because the hacker made a ticket.

I don't know if this issue is common at all but I don't know what to do anymore and I don't want to lose all my memories, conversations, and people I only have on Snapchat and can't contact through other means.
Yesterday, I was hacked. I still don't know how, I've done multiple virus checks on everything, but that's beside the point. They got into my email accounts somehow, but couldn't go many other places because I noticed almost as they started, but they did make it into my Snapchat. I changed the password and added 2FA as fast as I could, and they got kicked out, but they made a ticket with Snapchat Support saying that THEY got hacked and that it's THEIR account. I finally kicked them out of my email accounts and once they replied to the ticket through my email, I replied saying that it was under control and I got the account back. I thought it was the right thing to do so they could close the ticket. That was until they replied with the message I included in this post. I then had people text me asking what happened to my Snapchat, and that was when I realized I could no longer log in. I've spent basically 100% of the time since then trying to log b back in and I don't know what to do anymore. When I try to log in on my phone, it says an account with those details doesn't exist. When I try on web, it says it's temporarily locked. I tried to reply to the ticket asking for the account back, but it was only THEN they decided to close the ticket. I don't know what to do anymore, and I'm asking for any help at all. I've never been hacked before and I didn't think my final victim would be support. Once again, thanks.
