One of the best parts of this apartment is how quiet and relaxed it is. The common areas are usually empty, and the roommates rarely use the kitchen, living room, or balcony, so the space feels very open and private.

$900 June 2025 thru July 2026 Sublease for Boardwalk at Alafaya Trail

The room is in a 4x4 apartment occupied by males at Boardwalk Apartments right next to UCF and a shuttle to campus that comes around every 15 minutes.

The sublease would last from June 2025 thru July 2026. The lease can be renewed at a similar price following this term.

$900monthly rent with utilities included unless electricity exceeds the cap, in which case around a $20 fee (depending on the overage) will be incurred for that month.

You will have to pay a $225 Security Deposit and a $135 Application Fee. Rent can be paid virtually using RentPayment or through a check amounting to the rent for that month and an overage fee.

The room is furnished with a large dresser and mirror, small dresser, large shelved desk, closet, bathroom, and a queen-size bed.

The apartment also has a kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, pantry, cupboards, drawers, sink), washer and dryer, and a nice balcony. The windows and balcony give a view of a pretty tree that is frequented by blue jays, cardinals, and other beautiful birds. The apartment is spacious and often empty; roommates barely use the kitchen, living room (with dining table, couch, and tv), or balcony (with stairs for a back exit).
