A little discouraged
So I’m starting PT. The alphabet exercise is horrible. I can barely bend my foot to make the letters. Pt even said it was bad range of motion. I know it was my first time but I’ve done them now for three days and see no improvement. I can barely raise my toes off the floor compared to my unhurt foot.
To make matters worse I’m now dealing with a uti and the antibiotic has my stomach running off. Hubby went to get me some probiotics pills and yogurt to help with that. Really feel defeated
