So i plan on going to look at a truck tomorrow, mainly interested in the subaru due to engine placement mainly, but id just like to know:

if the hondas are better?

Are they good daily drivers?

What to look for mechanically when buying?

What years to avoid or models like auto transmission?

What your general experiences are like owning them?

I have little experince working on cars but i am an aircraft mechanic so i know my way around tools, just want to know what i could be getting myself into, apprecaite any and everything

Very random but i bank with navy fed and use tsp and have a roth ira through fidelity, is there an app or website that would be able to link all of them together so i could see all the info at once?

So id like to start my real estate journey but i live in california and felt it would probably be best to buy a house out of state, im looking into maybe Ohio or Indiana and a house ranging from $100-150k. Does anyone have any experience doing this and if so what was the process like and what were some things you wish you knew sooner?
