Has anyone done both? I've been on zoloft 50 mg for about 3 months now, and though i've noticed remarkable improvement to my mood, it just wasn't enough to get me out of my funk. I had my first therapy session last week and I really enjoyed being able to talk openly with someone about the things that have been plaguing me. I want to know about everyone elses' experience if you have any.
