Which one seems to better meet the office dress code requirements?

A few weeks ago, I posted a concept for a hybrid derby here and ended up being mocked—which is completely normal. I've refined the details since then.

Between breathable perforations and a clean upper design, which do you think suits business casual or office wear better? And what other aspects still seem off to you? I'd like to design a shoe that most people can appreciate based on your feedback.

Could you please let me know: Is this perforation necessary? If there's anything else you're not satisfied with, what would be your first change?

We sincerely invite you to evaluate the shoe box design: Shoe box design concept - Which one gives a more luxurious feeling, and which one appears overly designed? (1 - 5)

Hey, friends from the Industrial Design Zone, I'm currently deliberating on several design proposals and I need to hear your opinions.

All five designs adopt the same basic structure (cardboard and magnetic flip cover design). The difference lies in the surface treatment methods (raised patterns, curved lines, glossy panels/decorative elements).

My goal is to create a serene and high-end atmosphere, while also having understated equipment and carefully designed texture instead of the flashy luxurious style.

If you had to choose one: Which concept do you think is the most exquisite and which one do you like the most? Which detail plays a crucial role?

Also: Which one would make you feel messy or cheap when used in practice?

Brief explanation: This logo is only used as a reference for determining size and position. I mainly want to hear your opinions on packaging form/material/appearance.

With or without vent holes on this hybrid Derby?

I'm working on a prototype for a hybrid Derby sneaker, trying to bridge the gap between sneaker comfort and a clean office look.I'm completely stuck on the upper design though: do you guys prefer it with or without the holes? Also, please be brutal—does the perforated one look a bit cheap?
