One of my favorite comedians working for a day at Blockbuster.

How much should I be taking? I'm 5' 6" and weigh 320lbs. I would consider myself prediabetic. My doctor isn't making me take metformin yet. I want to try and lose weight and get my a1c down naturally with food and exercise and no pharmaceuticals if I can.
