Hey, looking for some quick feedback on my bike fit.
Issues:
* Knee pain (maybe cleat alignment?)
* Aero position feels inefficient and not really aerodynamic
→ feels too high if that makes sense ? not really parallel to the floor
→ maybe saddle too far back?
Setup:
* Road bike + clip-on aero bars
* Recently increased training volume
Videos:
* Rear view
* Side view (in aero)
Any thoughts on cleats, saddle position, or general fit would help a lot. Thanks!
