Been running a D2C brand in India, spending a decent chunk on Meta every month(~4lacs). Recently came across a few tools that claim to use AI to manage and optimize ad campaigns — GoMarble being one of them.

Wanted to get real opinions from people actually running brands before I commit to anything.

A few things I'm trying to figure out:

— Does the AI actually improve ROAS or is it just a fancier agency with an algorithm slapped on top?

— How transparent are they on what's actually happening inside the account — creatives, audiences, bidding decisions?

— What does the pricing model look like in practice — retainer, percentage of spend, performance-based?

— Anyone who tried it and went back to a regular agency or freelancer — what was the reason?

— Any other tools in this space worth looking at?

Not looking for agency recommendations. Specifically interested in platforms that claim some kind of automation or AI layer on top of Meta/Google. Genuine experiences only.
