I've had my account suspended for 36 hours with NO WARNING or NO REASON given, and had NO REPLY to my mail. I wasn't running NSFW, famous faces, automating or using a script. I'm a film maker working long hours trying to learn the tools, and trying to make a film, as film makers do.

Yes, I tried a some prompts that didn't go through but nothing illegal, or repeated. I'm not making celebs, gore or porn, I'm making a film about real life and real issues. Nothing that I couldn't show my grandma or a copyright lawyer.

Last month I tried to end my Unlmited subscription as a result of 3/5 gens failing which was a waste of time. You persuaded me to stay and gifted me Unlimited for a month (which I didn't ask for).

Last week I continued my subscription and purchased Unlimited. If you are unhappy with high usage, reconsider your cap, or increased gen time pro rata could be solutions. I'm sure someone has thought of it, but.... I would think 480 could be a sensible and cheaper option (and enviromentally friendly) for Unlimited offering you greater upsell for 720/1080. 480 is just for trialling imo.

This isn't the first time your business team has made decisions it has regretted (or not!), and altered, or cancelled (Unlimited Veo 3.1 credits for Challenges, or 1080p Seedance 2.0 Unlimited). I have even posted in your defence about these decisions, which were understandable considering the offers you made were clearly unsustainable.

It would be terrible enough to be banned, but to be locked out of, or even lose all work (18 months of prompts and gens) just for using the Monthly Unlimited within terms, and no infringements is not fair or reasonable. To call this extreme and unthought through is an understatement.

Customers should not be punished or scapegoated for poorly decided offer, and to have their IP/work stolen, blocked or destroyed is no way to solve the problem.

I was hoping to have a film for Reply Venice AIFF submission this week, but now I may not even have a film at all.
