People who had a low English sat score and improved how?

I’m in 10th moving into 11th, and currently I am stressed about the English SAT. I have a 600 currently for English and need advice for improving. I have taken multiple tests throughout 10th finished math but English isn’t improving. I am best at the transition section. My second is grammar, third is craft and structure, and fourth is information and ideas. I genuinely don’t know why I haven’t improved. I have a whole summer to try new stuff. People who are in my situation where they were good at math but bad at reading then improved in reading how did you do it.

Side note: Seeing the difficulty in English I am having, I couldn’t imagine being in the reverse situation being bad at math if I didn’t know math. That would seem really hard to improve.
