Okay so this is my first tissue culture it’s a Monstera white monster , I was gifted it at a plant expo exactly a month ago - had no clue at all what I had gotten into. I’ve struggled with keeping it humid enough so recently moved it to the ziplock bag it also it was not getting proper lighting before putting it under its own grow light. Stupidly enough I also didn’t put it in a clear pot… but I am worried about my plants health as I have seen zero progress, there’s is no browning on any of the leaves so it’s still alive lol? Not sure what I could do to help growth.

Any advice is welcome :)
