Anglian Windows
Hi all
I’ve had my windows replace by Anglian Windows, timber frame about a year ago. It seems that the wooden frames (on the outside) are coming apart and the paint is coming off. I’m obviously upset about this, have contacted Anglian who have delayed me. One of their guys came out and wanted to add filler around the disjointed wood to which I refused to let him do that and then he said a manager will have to come out and see what’s to be done. This has now been a month ago and I have not heard back from them. I first contacted them in May, it’s been way too long.
Please can you advise where I can send my complain to, apart from their shit customer service team? And what are the odds I would actually be successful in my complaint?
